1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and JudiKing ("Platform", "we", "our"). This document governs your use of the website, mobile app, and all services provided by JudiKing.

By accessing or using the JudiKing platform in any way — whether via web browser, mobile app, or any other interface — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which form part of this agreement.

JudiKing reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Updates take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2Eligibility & Registration

To register and use JudiKing's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 18 years old at the date of registration;
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
• Not located in any jurisdiction where use of this platform is prohibited by law;
• Not registered under any gambling self-exclusion programme;
• Register one (1) account only — multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited.

JudiKing reserves the right to request proof of age or identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3Member Account

Each member is permitted to hold one account only. Your account is personal and may not be transferred, shared, or assigned to any other party. You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full name, date of birth, phone number, and a valid payment method. Providing false or misleading information is a serious violation of these Terms.

• Choose a strong and unique password for your judiking account;
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members;
• Notify customer support immediately if you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed without authorization;
• Update your account information should any changes occur to your personal details.

JudiKing will not be held liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your account login credentials secure. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available for all accounts and we encourage you to enable it for added security.

4Deposit & Withdrawal

JudiKing supports a wide range of popular payment methods in Malaysia, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and local bank transfers. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Deposit Requirements:

• Minimum deposit is RM 30 per transaction;
• Only payment methods registered in the member's name may be used;
• Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned after deducting processing costs;
• JudiKing does not charge any processing fees on deposits.

Withdrawal Requirements:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per request;
• Withdrawals can only be processed to a verified bank account or digital wallet held in the member's name;
• The KYC verification process must be completed before the first withdrawal is permitted;
• JudiKing reserves the right to request additional verification documents for withdrawals exceeding a specified amount;
• Funds obtained through bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal.

5Bonus & Promotions

JudiKing offers a wide variety of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. Each offer has its own terms that must be read and fully understood before being claimed. General terms applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per member, unless otherwise specifically stated;

6Game Rules

All games available on the judiking platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) system that has been verified and audited by independent international bodies including eCOGRA, GLI, and iTech Labs. This ensures that every game outcome is truly random and cannot be manipulated.

• Game results that have been completed are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure;
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, judiking will resolve the issue based on accurate server records;
• The use of automation software, bots, or scripts to play games is strictly prohibited;
• The RTP (Return to Player) value for each game is publicly displayed within the respective game information.

7Prohibited Conduct

JudiKing members are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities while using the platform:

• Using multiple accounts to obtain bonuses or unfair advantages;
• Any form of fraud, system manipulation, or attempts to exploit platform vulnerabilities;
• Money laundering or using the platform for any illegal financial activity;
• The use of third-party software, bots, automation, or any other method to gain an unfair advantage;
• Sharing or selling your account to another party;
• Posting or distributing offensive, defamatory, or unlawful content through any communication feature on the platform;
• Attempting to access another member's account without authorization;
• Any action that disrupts the normal operation of the platform or the experience of other members.

8Privacy & KYC

JudiKing is committed to protecting the privacy and security of every member's personal information. The collection and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an inseparable part of these Terms.

As part of compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Financing of Terrorism (CFT) regulations, judiking conducts a Know Your Customer (KYC) process for all members. This process requires:

• A copy of a valid government-issued ID (MyKad) or passport;
• Proof of current address not older than 3 months (bank statement, utility bill, or official document);
• Verification of the payment method used, if required;
• Any additional documents requested by our compliance team based on risk assessment.

9Liability Limits

Under no circumstances shall JudiKing's maximum liability to any member exceed the total amount deposited by that member within the 30 days preceding the claim.

10Account Termination

Members may close their account at any time by contacting JudiKing's customer support team. Prior to closure, all active wagers will be settled and any eligible cash balance will be processed for withdrawal once all necessary checks are completed.

JudiKing reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any rule set out in these Terms;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the specified timeframe;
• Requests from regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies;
• If the account is proven to have been accessed from a restricted jurisdiction.

For account closures initiated by JudiKing due to rule violations, all bonus balances and winnings associated with the violating activity may be forfeited. Any legitimate original deposit balance will be returned once the investigation is concluded.

11Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which JudiKing is licensed to operate. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall first be resolved through negotiation.

If direct negotiation fails to resolve the dispute within 30 days, both parties agree to refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable international arbitration rules. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.
